1.Refund and Return Period:
Customers have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a refund or exchange. After 30 days, requests will not be processed.
2.Return Conditions:
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, with the original packaging intact.
Non-returnable items include: gift cards, discounted or promotional products.
Damaged products are not refundable.
3.Shipping Cost:
The shipping fee is $6.99, non-refundable.
If the store is at fault (wrong order, defective product, late delivery), the store will cover the shipping cost.
4.Return Procedure:
Customers must contact via email to notify and receive return instructions.
Returns are not accepted without notification and approval.
5. Refunds:
After receiving and inspecting the goods, the customer will receive a notification of acceptance or rejection of the refund.
If accepted, the money will be refunded to the original payment method.
6. Late or missing refunds:

7. Order changes or cancellations:
The customer can change or cancel the order within 24 hours of placing it. Once the order is shipped, cancellations or changes will not be possible.
