RETURNS POLICY

It is your right to be able to return/exchange a purchased good from us if the product doesn’t satisfy you. But it is your responsibility to take care of the products while they are in your possession.

Please note you have 15 days upon delivery to request a return on your order. If 15 days have gone by since the dispatch date of your purchase, unfortunately we cannot accept a return.

Return process

To start return, please send us an email to [email protected] with your order number and reason why you’d like to return or exchange the garment.

We will send you the instructions by email, but please note the garment returned has to be received in the same conditions we sent it ( The item must be unworn, & unwashed, tags still attached, in original packaging, no stains (makeup or spray tan), scent free (perfume or deodorant), no pet hair or pet odor).

Shipping

You are responsible for all shipping costs, including original shipping costs and return shipping costs. We do not refund shipping costs. Shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

If you get a damaged or defective item, please refer to our returns guidelines.

Sale items

We do not offer exchanges / returns / refunds on any SALE ITEMS. These are final clearance. 

Exchange

Online purchases can be exchanged in-store. We cannot provide online exchanges.

 

REFUND POLICY

Refund time

You have 15 days from the date of delivery to return the product for a full refund or exchange. We will arrange a return and process a full refund for the faulty item. But if 15 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot refund or exchange the item. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Once we receive your return and review it, we will notify you via email of receipt of your return, and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

On receipt of a return, we will process the refund as soon as possible. We estimate refunds will be made by the provider of your payment method within 7-10 working days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Note: We reserve the right to refuse a refund if an item is returned in unsuitable condition, worn or stained. We will not be able to accept a garment without its original tags.

Order cancellations and Amendments

Please contact our Customer Service Team on [email protected] ASAP, if you want to change the size, edit your billing and shipping details. We will try our best to accommodate your changes.

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel the order, you must contact us within 24 hours after you have placed the order. 

Damaged / Faulty Goods

In the unlikely event your item has a fault, please contact us at [email protected] quoting your order number and providing a description and image of the item. Our team will then get back to you soon.
